Aviv Scientific (“Aviv”, “we”) is committed to maintaining the privacy of its users (“user”, “you”). The following information describes how Aviv collects and processes information about you when you use our website and our mobile application (the: “App”, collectively the “Platform”).

Aviv’s medical program provides hyperbaric oxygen treatments while using proprietary protocols combined with personalized cognitive and physical training, to provide its patients with an opportunity to enhance their brain, cognitive and physical performance (the “Service”).
The Aviv’s Patient App platform provides its users, who are Aviv’s patients, with a central communication channel to Aviv’s team of experts throughout their treatment phases. Users are able to use the Platform to receive medical testing results, to review assessment from our
medical experts and to chat with them, and to track the progress of their treatment and its implications.

This Privacy Policy describes the practices in which Aviv collects Personal Information (as defined below) through the Platform in the course of
the provision of the Service, and shall apply regardless of the manner in which access to the Platform was provided.

Please note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is limited only to information collected by Aviv through your use of its Platform.
Some information may be automatically collected, and some is collected when you interact with our Platform.

of the computer or the Device through which you used the Platform (hereinafter: “Personal Information”).

As part of our Service, we provide you with a personal account which enables you to access the Platform from your Device (the “Account”).

to you via your Account. Such information shall include, without limitation, your medical testing results, medical assessments and testing
and treatment schedules.

and email address to facilitate your inquiry.
c. Online Chat
We will collect your Personal Information when you reach out to us via our online chat.
Such information includes the contact details you provide us, your IP address as well as any content you submit in your inquiries.
d. Priority List
If you wish to join the priority list, we will collect your name and email address to facilitate your inquiry.
